About the course

I’m Liz Vanderhoef, a dog behavior consultant and trainer focused on helping people build clear communication and real life reliability with their dogs. Over the past several years I have worked extensively with dogs struggling with reactivity, adolescent challenges, and engagement issues. Through that work, one pattern became very clear. Many dogs struggle with recall not because they are stubborn, but because the behavior was never truly conditioned. My approach focuses on building behaviors that dogs genuinely want to perform.
